KartTrackerAI Support

  • Email sayer+karttrackerai@ayersnet.com. Include your app version, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and screenshots when possible.

  • Analysis uses Apple’s on-device Foundation Models and appears only when Apple Intelligence is supported, enabled, and ready. Update to iOS or iPadOS 26 or later and check Apple Intelligence settings.

  • Import a results sheet from Files or a web URL. Results-sheet processing uses the optional AI subscription. KartTrackerAI does not import MyChron data.

  • Maintenance records stay with each kart so racers, parents, and mechanics can track service, parts, hours, and notes over the season. Local maintenance tracking is included with the app.

  • Your purchase includes local kart, session, setup, performance, and maintenance tracking, plus on-device Analysis on compatible devices. Optional subscriptions add cloud AI processing and multi-member team sync.

  • Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or App Store subscription settings. In KartTrackerAI Preferences, you can also export data, send feedback and diagnostics, and delete your account.
